Armenian Government Allocates $4.7M to Maintain Police Salaries

The Armenian government today decided to allocate 1.980 billion drams (US$4.7m) to maintain average yearly salaries to police employees.

The government says existing allocations aren’t sufficient to maintain current salary levels.

An additional 215 million drams will be allocated to improve technical equipment used by the Police Troops.
