
Armenia, Turkey to Allow Third Country Citizens to Cross Their Land Border
Following today’s meeting in Vienna of Armenia’s and Turkey’s special envoys, the Armenian foreign ministry announced that the two countries agreed to permit citizens of other countries to cross the land border separating them.
It was also agreed, according to the announcement, to begin direct air cargo transportation between Armenia and Turkey as soon as possible.
Armenian special envoy Ruben Rubinyan and his Turkish counterpart, Serdar Kılıç reiterated their government’s agreement to continue the normalization process without preconditions.
