Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, in remarks made today congratulating graduates of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military University, said the country can and must establish an army capable of fulfilling its mission.

“The army of our dreams, which requires unceasing dedication and hard work, is not behind the mountains," Papikyan said, adding that the armed forces is being replenished by a new generation of educated officers conversant with new technologies.
