Armenia's Special Representative in Turkey Talks Meets with Minsk Group U.S. Co-Chair
Armenian National Assembly Deputy Speaker and Armenia’s special representative in normalization talks with Turkey, Ruben Rubinyan, today in Yerevan, met with a delegation headed by the newly appointed OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-Chair Philip Reeker and discussed the implementation of agreements reached at the last meeting of the special representatives of Turkey and Armenia.
Rubinyan, according to a statement released by his office, stated Armenia’s position in the normalization talks.
Turkish special representative Serdar Kılıç and Rubinyan last met in July and agreed to start direct air cargo transportation between the two countries and the opening of the Turkish-Armenian border to third country citizens.
