Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan telephoned French President Emmanuel Macron today, informing him about the Attacks launched by the Azerbaijani forces targeting Armenian military positions.

Pashinyan expressed deep concern about the situation and emphasized the importance of an adequate reaction by the international community.

Macron, according to an Armenian government statement, said further escalation of tensions along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is unacceptable and stressed the need to de-escalate the situation.
