The Armenian defense ministry reports that military operations continued last night and this morning.

Azerbaijan launched drone strikes along the  border towards the town of Jermuk. 

Despite the fact that no significant incidents were recorded in other directions along the borders, the aggression unleashed the previous day has continued today.

At 08:00 Azerbaijan resumed pre-offensive operations towards Jermuk city (Vayots Dzor province) and Verin Shorzha (Gegharkunik province) using artillery, mortars and large-caliber rifle weapons.  

The ministry says Armenian forces continue to implement adequate retaliatory actions.

Despite the international community's clear response to the situation, the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan continues its aggressive actions against the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia, targeting both military and civil infrastructures.
