U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has called on Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to adhere to the ceasefire that halted hostilities along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

Blinken spoke with Aliyev on September 18, urging him to “disengage military forces, and work to resolve all outstanding issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan through peaceful negotiations.”
