On September 25, Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan and U.S. Congressman Adam Schiff met in Washington DC and discussed issues related to the domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh, the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict, and regional developments.

Babayan, acording to his office, expressed his gratitude to Adam Schiff for his friendly attitude towards the Armenian people and constant support of Artsakh.

Artsakh Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Lernik Hovhannisyan and Artsakh Permanent Representative of the Republic of Artsakh Robert Avetisyan attended the meeting.
