Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan today, in Yerevan, hosted a delegation led by Gilbert-Luc Devinaz who heads the French Senate’s France -Armenia Friendship Group.

Pashinyan, according to his office, said he hoped such visits will contribute to the further development and deepening of Armenian-French collaboration.  

Pashinyan also updated the delegation on the aftermath of recent Azerbaijani attacks against Armenia.

Devinaz noted that France has condemned the latest manifestation of Azerbaijani aggression and that Macron has called on Baku to withdraw its forces from Armenian territory.  

Pashinyan emphasized the importance of sending an international observation mission to the regions affected by the Azerbaijani occupation and the border zone.
