Pashinyan Says Azerbaijan is Pressuring Armenia's Allies to Freeze Arms Shipments
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan today said that Azerbaijan has successfully blocked arms sales to Armenia.

Pashinyan did not mention what allies he was referring to.
“I want to emphasize the following. You are aware that we have started a large-scale process of reforms of the armed forces, and with such provocations, Azerbaijan is simply trying to make sure that Armenia does not have the opportunity to carry out the reforms of the armed forces,” Pashinyan said addressing this cabinet members.
