Businessman Ruben Vardanyan Offered Artsakh Minister of State Post

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has offered the post of Artsakh Minister of State to Ruben Vardanyan.

Vardanyan announced his move to Artsakh in September and that he planned to create a social movement to save what remains in Armenian hands following the 2020 Artsakh war.
