Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić sent the following letter to Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jehum Bayramov, requesting Baku respond to allegations that Azerbaijani troops used “extreme violence against Armenian POWs, including extrajudicial killings”.

The letter follows yesterday’s PACE discussion of Military hostilities between Azerbaijan and Armenia, including strikes against settlements and civilian infrastructures.
