Dutch Ambassador to Armenia Nico Schermers was on hand today in Yerevan to witness the launch of a program designed to promote tolerance and fight against hate speech in Armenia.

Armenian Human Rights Defender Kristinne Grigoryan and Tatevik Matinyan, President of the Liberal Policy Institute, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to implement the program in give the rising wave of hate speech in Armenia.

The Netherlands has financed the project.
