Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan marked the second anniversary of ceasefire ending the 2020 Artsakh war by visiting Stepanakert’s military cemetery and paying respects to those killed while defending the country.

Harutyunyan was accompanied by Presidential Chief of Staff Karen Shahramanyan, Minister of Defense Kamo Vardanyan and Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan.
