Ruben Vardanyan, recently appointed Artsakh State Minister, today visited Stepanakert’s Military Pantheon and paid his respects to those killed defending Artsakh during the 2020 war.

On November 9, 2020, the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russian signed a ceasefire agreement ending the fighting that saw Azerbaijan recapture much of Artsakh.
