Market Watchdog Agency Fines HayPost for Misleading Advertising

Armenia’s Competition Protection Commission (CPC) has fined several shipping companies, including HayPost (the country’s national mail carrier,) for false advertising.

The CPC says HayPost, HayPost USA Group, Global Shipping, Onex and Ber-Ber tried to undercut the competition by advertising misleading delivery dates to potential customers.

The fines ranged from 61 million AMD (Global Shipping) to 2.8 million AMD (HayPost).
