Lavrov in Yerevan to Attend CSTO Conclave

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Yerevan today to attend a CSTO foreign ministerial council session.

Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister was on hand at Zvartnots Airport to welcome Lavrov.
