Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, by telephone, discussed today’s Stepanakert-Goris road closure with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Pashinyan, according to his office, emphasized the importance of ensuring uninterrupted communication between Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh and the role Russian peacekeepers must play to ensure unimpeded access to Armenians.
