
All Armenian Fund U.S. Branch Ready to Send $500,000 of Food Aid to Artsakh
The U.S. branch of the Hayastan All Armenian Fund says its ready to ship US$500,000 of food to Artsakh to alleviate shortages caused by the ongoing closure of the Lachin Corridor.
The Fund, in a statement, says its board of trustees held a special meeting by video conference yesterday to discuss providing Artsakh with vital humanitarian aid.
During the meeting, Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan and State Minister Ruben Vardanyan described the current humanitarian crisis in Artsakh, the urgent needs of the Artsakh people, and proposed avenues for addressing them.
