A video conference entitled “Artsakh: A Month of Blockade” is taking place between officials and citizens of Stepanakert and Yerevan. Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan, government representatives, MPs and citizens affected by the blockade will speak.
