Artsakh’s National Security Service (NSS) reports that the Azerbaijani Special Forces are spreading false information via Facebook about an alleged evacuation of residents from the Artsakh capital Stepanakert.

The NSS says it’s an attempt to spread panic in the populace and calls on people to report the receipt of any such content.
