Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan met with residents of various districts of Stepanakert, the Artsakh capital, and described what his administration is doing to meet the challenges resulting from the ongoing closure of the Lachin Corridor.

"If we want Azerbaijan to fail in its plans to depopulate Artsakh, the only way is to  clench our teeth and move on. And we can do that only by coming together," said  Vardanyan according to a statement released by his office.

Stepanakert residents, according to the statement, said no blockade can break their determination to continue to live in their native land with dignity.
