Pashinyan Marks Establishment of Armenia’s Constitutional Court
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan, at a ceremony today marking the 27th anniversary of the country’s Constitutional Court, remarked that the problems facing Armenia can have arisen due to the lack of established state institutions.
He said that when Armenia became an independent country, the country lacked a state mentality and that many state institutions suffered as a result.
“Since we have gained independence and statehood, the most important function of all our institutions, in addition to solving day-to-day operational issues, should be to ensure the transformation of that thinking,” Pashinyan said.
Pashinyan emphasized the significance and importance of the day, because, according to him, the Constitutional Court is one of the most important state institutions implementing Constitutional justice in our country.
