
Armenian Foreign Minister: Baku Has Responded to Our Peace Treaty Proposals
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, during a press conference in Berlin today with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, said Armenia has presented it peace treaty proposals to Baku and has received a response.
Mirzoyan offered no details, only saying he received Baku’s response a few days ago and that they’re working on the text of the treaty.
Baerbock called on Azerbaijan to reopen the Lachin Corridor.
"It is important to remove the blockade of the Lachin Corridor in a short period of time. Azerbaijan and Russia have obligations here," Baerbock said, stressing humanitarian access has absolute priority.
Speaking about the Artsakh problem, Baerbock noted that it is necessary to take steps towards peace.
