RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has met with the Foreign Minister of Japan, Koichiro Gemba, in Tokyo.

The Foreign Ministers highly appreciated the dialogue established between the two countries and discussed the ways of further development of cooperation. 

During their meeting, the foreign ministers stressed the importance of the Memorandum of Cooperation they had signed, expressing confidence that it would contribute to the reinforcement of cooperation and the intensification of political consultations. 

The parties discussed the issues of the Korean Peninsula and the South Caucasus and efforts being made toward their settlement 

The Armenian Minister invited his Japanese counterpart to Armenia.
