Artsakh Deputy Foreign Minister Felix Khachatryan, Artsakh State Minister Adviser Artak Beglaryan and Artskakh HRD Gegham Stepanyan today met with visiting European Parliament Member François-Xavier Bellamy at the Artsakh mission in Yerevan.

“We discussed the humanitarian problems caused by the blockade and ways to overcome them, as well as various actions to be taken in the direction of countering Azerbaijan's criminal policy," Stepanyan wrote in a Facebook post.

Bellamy is a member of the Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats).
