Artsakh State Minister, Charitable Organizations Hold Online "Crisis Meeting"

Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan and representatives of forty charitable organizations providing aid to the country under the ongoing blockade today held an online meeting to discuss the growing humanitarian crisis.

Vardanyan, according to his office, thanked the organizations for their support during this difficult time and urged them to publicize the problem to the international community.

"An unacceptable humanitarian crisis has arisen, which prevents people from leading a normal and full life. In that sense, it is very important that you also speak about it. It is important not only for your financial help, but also for your voice to be heard, for the problem to be correctly presented to the world."

Vardanyan adviser Artak Beglaryan and Artsakh Minister of Social Development and Migration Armen Mangasaryan also participated in the meeting.

"The blockade has caused problems not only in everyday life, but also in economy, education, culture and other spheres. Our economy suffers huge losses every day,” Vardanyan told the representatives.

He assured them that the aid sent to Artsakh is being distributed to those in need in a transparent and equitable manner.
