Newly appointed U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien today presented a copy of her diplomatic credentials to Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

Mirzoyan, according to his office, thanked the U.S. for its support to strengthen Armenia’s institutional capacities and promote democratic reforms in the government.

The two also discussed regional security and stability issues.
