Armenian State Revenue Committee Chairman Rustam Badasyan today hosted a delegation led by  International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission head in Armenia Iva Petrova.

The parties, according to Badasyan’s office, discussed the course of reforms implemented in the tax and customs sectors in Armenia.

Badasyan described the steps Armenia is taking to introduce a universal personal income tax declaration system.

The system is expected to become operational in 2023 and will gradually involve all resident citizens of Armenia within the next three years.
