
Artsakh Sends Proposal to Baku for Humanitarian Issue Meeting
The Artsakh government has sent a proposal to Baku to for the two sides to meet and discuss humanitarian issues.
The proposal was sent to the Azerbaijani government via Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh.
Representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers, met on March 1 and discussed the reopening of the Lachin Corridor and the restoration of natural gas and electricity supplies to Artsakh from Armenia.
