Artsakh's Sarsang Reservoir Almost Empty
The Artsakh government reports that the country’s Sarsang Reservior is almost empty because Baku has prevented repair crews to access a section of the only high-voltage transmission line providing electricity from Armenia.
The government states the reservoir’s water has been used to power a hydro-power plant to provide residents electricity for the past two months.
