
Artsakh Parliament Speaker Calls on President to Resign
Artsakh National Assembly Speaker Artur Tovmasyan has called on President Aryaik Harutyunyan to resign, questioning whether the president enjoys the support of the people.
Tovmasyan, in a statement released today, proposed a confidence referendum.
Tovmasyan also proposed the creation of a state defense committee and suggested that former Artsakh State Minster Ruben Vardanyan and former Defense Minister Samvel Babayan be invited to head it.
