Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today signed decrees banning all public gatherings, except those promoting the right of self-determination for the people of Artsakh, and disseminating any information regarding the country’s defense capabilities.

The decrees are an expansion of prohibitions in place since martial law was declared in Artsakh when Azerbaijan attacked the country in September 2020.
