
Armenia Wins Two Silver, Four Bronze at International Math Olympiad
Armenian high school students won two silver and four bronze medals at the 64th International Mathematics Olympiad in Chiba, Japan.
The first IMO took place in 1959 and has grown into the most renowned and challenging mathematics competition for pre-college students. Each participating country sends a team of six students to compete in a series of challenging mathematical problems over a two-day period.
110 countries participated in the competition.
