
Pashinyan, Minsk Group Russian Co-Chair Discuss Karabakh Crisis
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-chair Igor Khovaev met in Yerevan today and discussed the growing humanitarian crisis in Karabakh resulting from Azerbaijan’s ongoing blockade of the Lachin Corridor.
Earlier today, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan met with Khovaev and discussed the Karabakh issue.
Khovaev also serves as the special representative of the Russian Foreign Minister for supporting the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Yesterday, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan called on the OSCE and the wider international community to take immediate steps to reopen the Lachin Corridor.
