Armenia won one gold and four silver medals at the International Mathematics Competition (IMC) for University Students held in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.

Teams from Armenia’s Yerevan State University and Russian-Armenian University participated in the competition.

Taking first prize was the team from St Petersburg State University

Some 400 students from seventy university teams around the world participated in the Olympiad.
