Armenia's Defense Ministry reports that Azerbaijani troops opened fire today targeting  a vehicle of EU observers patrolling near the town of Verin Shorzha.

There are no casualties.

Update: The European Union's observation mission in Armenia first denied the defense ministry's claim, but soon after verified that shots were fired in their direction.
