A Syrian army soldier of Armenian decent has been killed in the neighborhood of Homs.

Jalal Melkun (born in 1992) was killed while implementing his military duty.

Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is trying to determine the cause of his death, the MFA press service informed A1+.
