Artsakh Police Arrest Two for Shooting at Presidential Residence

The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that police arrested two men last night in Stepanakert for firing shots towards the official residence of President Arayik Harutyunyan.

The ministry reports the two men were inebriated.

No casualties were reported.
