Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan and his Cypriot counterpart Michalis Giorgallas today, by telephone, discussed the security situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and around Cyprus.

Papikyan's office says the two stressed the need to expand defense cooperation between the two countries.
