Newly elected Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan has appointed Artur Harutyunyan as the country’s state minister.

Harutyunyan will coordinate the work of the Health, Justice, Agriculture, Education/Science/Culture/Sports, Urban Development, Finance/Economy, Territorial Administration/Infrastructure, and Social Development/Migration ministries.
