A Stepanakert resident tells Hetq that Azerbaijan continues to shell the Artsakh capital, saying people have taken refuge in their basements.

“It's been more than three hours that they’ve been bombarding non-stop, using anti-aircraft missiles," said the resident.

Our source says some children have been kept in school because there is no public transportation to get them home.
