Artsakh authorities report that no Azerbaijani troops have entered the capital, Stepanakert․

"In order to avoid the further tension of the situation after the ceasefire violation by the Azerbaijani side on September 21 in the outskirts of Stepanakert, Russian peacekeepers were deployed in the outskirts of the city, including in the Krkzhan district,” reads a statement released today by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
