Artsakh, Azerbaijani Officials Meet Again

The Azerbaijani press reports that officials representing Artsakh Armenians and Azerbaijan met today in the town of Ivanyan (Khojalu)and discussed steps to provide humanitarian aid, fuel, and the restoration of electricity to the region,

The two sides first met on September 21. Those talks, in the Azerbaijani town of Yevlakh, revolved around the rights and security of Karabakh Armenians within the framework of Azerbaijan’s constitution.

According to the Azeri Press Agency (APA), a proposal was made that healthcare services should be jointly organized by Azerbaijani and Armenian medical personnel in a field hospital that was suggested to be built near Stepanakert.

 Establishing a mobile food supply service by Azerbaijani and Armenian service personnel was suggested.
