Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan today said the Armenian government will pay 100,000 drams (US$256) to all citizens, regardless of age, forcibly displaced from Artsakh.

Given that all Artsakh residents carry Republic of Armenia passports, and thus citizens, this means the government will pay US$20.7 million in total to the some 80,000 Armenians to date who’ve left Karabakh for Armenia.
