Former Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan Reaches Yerevan
Former Artsakh State Minister and Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan has safely arrived in Armenia from Artsakh.
Beglaryan, in a Twitter post, writes:
"I am in Yerevan and, like all Artsakh residents, am homeless and brokenhearted, but not broken.
I first came to Yerablur to thank and apologize to our heroes, then to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to pray for the people of Artsakh. Next, I will go to the reception point for Artsakh refugees so that I can contribute to alleviating the suffering of our people.
I will present my opinion and approaches regarding the past and the future soon, at the appropriate time and format."
