Armenian parliament speaker Alen Simonyan and Paula Cardoso, who is heading a delegation of the Assembly of the Portuguese Republic, met in Yerevan today and discussed the problems faced by Armenians displaced from Nagorno Karabakh and the position of the international community on developments preceding the displacement.

Simonyan stressed that Armenia has adopted a peace agenda and proposes a regional roadmap to achieve it. He noted that Azerbaijan has adopted a non-constructive approach to regional peace.

Simonyan said Armenia is very interested in expanding multi-sector cooperation with Portugal.
