Sasoun Mikayelyan Released from Jail

Earlier this afternoon, Sasoun Mikayelyan, a former National Assembly MP who was arrested in the aftermath of the March 1, 2008 events, was released from a medical hospital.

The release of Nikol Pashinyan, another jailed political activist now incarcerated in the Artik Penitentiary, is also expected anytime soon.
