
Blinken, Mirzoyan Discuss Process to Normalize Armenia-Azerbaijan Relations
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met today on the sidelines of the 30th OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Skopje, North Macedonia.
The two, according to Mirzoyan’s office, discussed security and stability in the South Caucasus and the latest developments in the process to normalize relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
They also discussed the Armenian-American bilateral agenda.
The Ministerial Council is composed of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the OSCE participating States and is its central decision-making and governing body.
