Armenian, Azerbaijani Officials Meet to Discuss Border Demarcation
Officials from Armenia and Azerbaijan met today at an undisclosed section of the two countries border at the fifth meeting to discuss border demarcation issues.
The border commission delegations were led by Armenian Deputy PM Mher Grigoryan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Shahin Mustafaev.
The sides, according to Grigoryan’s office, have preliminary agreed on the procedural text to hold such meetings in the future.
Demarcating the border between the two countries remains a sticking point to reach a deal to normalize relations between Yerevan and Baku.
